Mark Greig – Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Since co-founding StoreLocal in 2015, Mark has led the growth of the business from its inception as a brand to the establishment of nationwide business systems. Mark brings an unrivalled passion and energy to self storage, pushing the boundaries of innovation and data tracking to improve performance. Mark is responsible for all aspects of revenue generation and operations for the StoreLocal stores. Mark is also the Chief Operations Officer for the wider StoreInvest + StoreLocal Group.

Hans Pearson – Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Hans has established an extensive background in self storage since 2008. He is a Board Member (Large Operators’ Representative) of the Self Storage Association of Australasia. Since co-founding StoreLocal in 2015 and founding StoreInvest in 2009, Hans has led the acquisition and development of >$330 million of self storage projects across the Australian market, generating outstanding returns to a loyal investor base.

More broadly Hans brings many years of property experience as a lawyer, investment banker, and funds manager in the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane markets.

Hans is responsible for the strategy and daily operations of the business as well as the funds management function and investment structuring and services. Hans is a member of the Board and Investment Committee.

Jamie Hall profile

Jamie Hall – Acquisitions & Development Analyst

Jamie brings the benefits of experience gained in his recent career as a Financial Assistance Officer and Research Analyst. At StoreInvest he supports the CIO in underwriting acquisition opportunities of existing self-storage assets or sites for new development.
Jamie also takes ownership of the acquisition process and has comprehensive knowledge in real estate underwriting, development, financing, and the due diligence process.
