Communities right across Australia have endured unexpected difficulties in 2020, and none more so than right now in Victoria. Now is a time for us to pull together and ensure that the needs of local families, businesses, and non-profit organisations are supported in a safe and reliable way.

We are pleased to be able to offer 100% contactless move-ins when you book online. It’s really quite simple.

For our Melbourne stores, we are operational for existing customers. We are also operational for new customers via online bookings and 100% contactless move-ins. You can pre-order boxes which our friendly teams will make available at the store. Note however that while our storage areas remain operational, our retail shops will be closed to ensure the safety of customers and staff. We will also need to ensure that you wear a mask.

Outside of Victoria, its business as usual. Customers can use online bookings and 100% contactless move-ins if they wish.

We are grateful for our customers’ business, and we could not be more proud of our in-store teams as they manage the frontline of customer interaction. With 24 stores right across Australia, we are using all of our experience to ensure that we bring best practice safety and systems to ensure a safe and supportive storage experience.
